ReadyGoShip.com Spread Love Not Hate T-Shirt Giveaway Rules

These Official Rules apply to the Spread Love Not Hate T-Shirt Giveaway to be held from 12:45pm Pacific Time on November 16, 2020 to 11:59pm Pacific Time on November 19, 2020, with the official drawing to take place on or about 10:00am Pacific Time November 20, 2020, (the “Giveaway”).
Prize: There will be two prizes which consists of one (1) “Spread Love Not Hate Try It Unisex T-Shirt” given one (1) T-Shirt per winner to two (2) winners
Each T-Shirt has a total estimated retail value of $28. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by ReadyGoShip.com during the Entry Period (defined below). Payment of any and all taxes associated with each prize is the responsibility of the winner of the prize.
Eligibility: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and must reside in the United States, and provide a United States shipping address to enter or win a prize. Employees of ReadyGoShip.com and their parent company NORTHREADY INC, and their affiliates, or their respective advertising, accounting or legal firms, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. For purposes of these eligibility rules, “immediate family members” mean spouse, children, parents, parents of spouse, siblings, and spouse’s siblings.
Additional Eligibility Requirements: Prior to receiving any prize, the winner must provide ReadyGoShip.com with any information or certifications needed by ReadyGoShip.com, if any and in its sole judgment, for tax reporting purposes. If needed the prize winner also must complete, sign and return to ReadyGoShip.com, a Declaration of Eligibility & Release to be eligible to receive the prize. If you fail to satisfy these conditions within three (3) days after we provide you notice that your entry has been selected, you will not be eligible for the prize and we will select an alternate winner as described in “Selection of Winners” below. Giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws. All decisions on eligibility will be made by ReadyGoShip.com and its decisions are final and binding.
How to Enter: You may enter by completing the following
- “Liking” ReadyGoShip.com November 16, 2020, Instagram post announcing the Giveaway,
- Following @readygoship on Instagram (we're checking)
- Tagging one or more friends in the comments of the Giveaway post on Instagram, one per line. 1 line = 1 entry. NOTE If you tag/mention famous or celebrity/giveaways accounts, that line entry will not be counted as a valid entry
- Bonus optional step share the Giveaway post to your story tagging @readygoship and receive 5 entries
All entries must occur between 1:00pm Pacific Time on November 16, 2020, to 11:59pm Pacific Time on November 19, 2020, (the “Entry Period”).
Additional Agreements/Waivers: By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and to interpretation of these rules by ReadyGoShip.com and (b) that ReadyGoShip.com and their parent company NORTHREADY INC, and their agents, affiliates, representatives, and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize(s). Except as prohibited by law, each winner also consents, by entering the Giveaway and without further compensation, to ReadyGoShip.com’s use and publication of the winners’ names, photographs, likeness, biographical information, and details of winning for ReadyGoShip.com’s advertising, promotional, or regulatory purposes. Giveaway void where prohibited by law. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event that the Giveaway is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by ReadyGoShip.com’s in its sole and absolute discretion, ReadyGoShip.com’s may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, (b) terminate the Giveaway and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random among the eligible, non-suspect entries received in such Giveaway up to the time of the impairment, or (c) in the case of any force majeure event including, without limitation, acts of God, war, government regulation or advisory, acts and/or threats of terrorism, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, major accidents or other calamity or casualty, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other cause or circumstance beyond ReadyGoShip.com’s control, making it illegal or impossible to conduct the Giveaway, ReadyGoShip.com may terminate the Giveaway in its sole discretion. ReadyGoShip.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ReadyGoShip.com reserves the right to change, modify, or extend the Entry Period if it should be deemed necessary. Failure by ReadyGoShip.com to enforce any provision of the Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Selection of Winners: After the end of the Entry Period, a ReadyGoShip.com representative will select the winner by a random selection process. If ReadyGoShip.com determines that the person whose entry is selected was not eligible to enter the drawing, or if the person drawn refuses to accept the prize or fails to complete the eligibility requirements described in “Additional Eligibility Requirements” above, or if the person whose post is selected cannot be contacted or identified, ReadyGoShip.com will conduct a subsequent random drawing from all remaining eligible entries to select an alternate winner.
WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED on November 20th by noon Pacific time.
The winners will be announced via a story & a caption added to the original Giveaway post before and if the winner is contacted via direct message. Beware of spam accounts that may try to tell you that you are a winner. To avoid responding to spam, we recommend the winner should check the post to confirm they are a winner. ReadyGoShip may at its sole discretion choose to contact the winner via direct message to announce their winning entry however the official announcement will be via the original post and the time to respond will commence from that announcement time.
Winner must respond to @readygoship via direct message within 48hrs of winner announcement and follow the instructions @readygoship will give via direct message to arrange for shipment of the prize. If a winner does not respond, we will randomly select a new winner.
